1.If you were famous what would your stage name be?
When I was younger I was extremely shy and didn’t come out of my shell until I volunteered in college. Volunteerism helped me to be both personally and professionally successful. The International Pageant System encourages women to become involved so that they too can experience success at all levels.
2.If you would attend a celebrity wedding which, would it be?
I have a B.S. in Biology, but decided to pursue a career as a Cosmetologist. My parents had always wanted me to get a college degree so when I won a scholarship, I went. In the end, we all realized that following you dream is what really makes you happy!
3.What is the weirdest gift you’ve ever received?
I grow organic fruits and vegetables. Not only does this provide food for my family, gardening is a great workout and it feeds my soul too. It also gives me the opportunity to teach my stepson about dedication to something worthwhile and about healthy food choices.
4.What is the most random fact you know?
Family values may differ from family to family and from culture to culture, but the foundational values that we all hold dear are unconditional love and a commitment to support family members. My family has willingly sacrificed to support each other and I will carry on that family tradition.
5.What is the one thing you’ll never do again?
I love watching HGTV and I’ve learned lots of things about gardening and home improvement. I do have a tendency to watch the first part of the show, skip the middle, and then watch the end for the big “reveal”. It drives my husband nuts!
