1.If you were famous what would your stage name be?
My most unique attributes are being a very attentive listener and observer, which has given me special insight for teaching our youth about making smart relationship decisions. As a clinical psychotherapist, I recognize the qualities of great partnerships and believe the International System and my platform are a perfect match.
2.If you would attend a celebrity wedding which, would it be?
I'm very creative! When I get a new idea for a fantastic piece of jewelry or handbag, it is on my mind until the thought becomes a tangible product. Creating items that I can wear or share allows me to be that fashionista that lives inside me!
3.What is the weirdest gift you’ve ever received?
Staying healthy includes the body and mind. For physical health, I choose exercise I can do with my family like bicycling, walking, and swimming. Knowing emotional health influences our bodies, I personally attempt to resolve conflict quickly to keep stress from developing into a physical symptom.
4.What is the most random fact you know?
Family values are as different as every family. The foundation of values in our home includes respect of self and others, trust and love. Parents teach all values through their actions, and whether good or bad, they are reflected in the behaviors of their children.
5.What is the one thing you’ll never do again?
There are times I find myself trying to be what I think a "super-mom" should be – keeping everything and everyone perfect. I then remember that in my work, I tell others that unrealistic goals are self-defeating. Taking my own advice means letting perfection go and just being mom.
