1.If you were famous what would your stage name be?
My grandfather was a self-made man who instilled in me an intense appreciation for hard work. This internal drive is deep rooted and challenges me every day to accomplish micro goals. Whether it’s painting an inspired watercolor or increasing my fitness to the next level, I continually challenge myself to try harder as I work toward my bigger goals. When it comes to my health, eating whole foods and working out are top priority!
2.If you would attend a celebrity wedding which, would it be?
Every day has “perfect” potential. Mine begins by checking off my “six most important things” list that includes a green protein shake in the morning and weightlifting with my husband. I then check in with my clients. As a graphic designer, web developer and marketing specialist, I develop creative brand strategies that help my clients appeal to their target consumers. My perfect day begins with caring for myself, and ends with caring for others.
3.What is the weirdest gift you’ve ever received?
As heart disease is the leading cause of death among women, and because family members have struggled with it, it is my mission to educate women about this disease. Through my work with the American Heart Association and GoRed for Women, I want to be a role model for women. Whether I’m sharing healthy recipes on my blog or serving on the passion committee with GoRed, I strive to leave a legacy.
4.What is the most random fact you know?
As an artist for over 20 years, I have a deep appreciation for art. Within my collection, I have a favorite painting titled, “A Butterfly’s Dream”. I treasure this piece because the butterfly signifies beauty and grace. Their nature allows them to touch lives ever so slightly but powerfully and then move on. It has been said that something as small as a butterfly’s wing can cause a typhoon halfway around the world.
